Free pattern: Oversized baggy beanie
Acquanetta Ferguson
Go big or go home with this pattern. This is one of my favorite hats I sell on Etsy. An oversized baggy beanie is not only awesome to wear, but this hat is perfect for those with dreadlocks, to keep your hair in place. No dreadlocks? The hat is still fun to wear as it definitely makes a statement!
Depending on what worsted weight yarn you use, the hat’s over bagginess can change from what I have pictured to a much smaller version. If you want the same size then an aran weight yarn will achieve these results.
This hat should take between 4 - 6 hours to complete depending on your skill level.
Pattern is written in US crochet terms. This pattern gives you PERMISSION TO SELL your finished items. It is appreciated if you credit the design to Acquanetta Ferguson and to list the pattern link.
